WOK888 Waterless Woks

This catering equipment is suitable for use in commercial kitchens such as Asian restaurants, Chinese takeaway shops, Thai restaurants, and Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean restaurants.

These commercial waterless woks are ideal for cooking Asian food, western and Asian fusion food including stir frying, steaming, deep frying, braising, stewing, smoking and soups.

WOK888 wok burners are available in chimney burners or duckbill burners and are user friendly.

Features of Waterless Woks

  • These woks are offered in either a single ring or double ring wok table with your preference of chimney or Duckbill burner
  • 5-12 second swivel laundry arm is included with a knee operated water control tap for filling the wok as well as for cleaning
  • Water bill is reduced with no water required for table cooling
  • A drainage channel features in the front of the wok to gather any spills from the wok as well as a mesh strip for larger spills
  • Individual gas connection for each wok with an on/off ball valve for high or low flames
  • Table is kept cool with a second air flow through the front control panel and openings around the burner and combustion chamber
  • Designed using stainless steel and low energy consumption
